Had to wait 2 hours to see him and I've seen him for 6 months now and have no relief with my rheumatoid he still hasn't been able to control it I don't want to make another appointment because I don't want to have to wait two more hours to see him but I don't know what to do it seems like as patience we're just another number I don't know any doctor that would be so rude to make you wait 2 hours to see him knowing that we are there why do they ask you to come 15 minutes early when you have to spend 2 hours waiting
Have seen several times. Hands down amazing Dr. Very impressed. Last visit, was 11:20. Arrived at 11:05, left after 1:30 and still hadn't been seen yet. I appreciate he takes time with patients but I don't have time always to wait. I will say, if I had serious health issues present, I would wait. I was there for labs and a check up, nothing wrong.
I've been seeing Dr Gan for years. I don't like when he's running behind but I'm willing to wait because I know he dedicates his time to you as a patient and never rushes. I reccomend 👍.
Dr. Gan was very thorough during our appointment, and he explained all the important information that I needed during the visit and also by email. He took the time to message me about my test results as well. He's a very knowledgeable doctor!
