This should be a no star! Be aware! Prepare yourself for the morning of starting the project phone call..... Had service guy/ project estimator come out weeks before project was to begin, all was prompt. Service guy/ estimator said I will have you a quote the next day. A few days later after calling office asking for quote I finally get the quote. I called in to approve the quote and schedule the work.
