I am very unhappy with the care I received from Mr. Donovan. The reason for my disappointment is insurance. I am a diabetic and I go to the pediatrician for clipping of my nails and to have the Doctor examine my feet. Donovan clipped my nails but didn't examine my feet. I left came home to fine the reason for this. I looked at my EOBs to find out someone didn't bill my insurance correctly. My insurance only billed for clipping no office visit. Dr. Donovan is top notch. I have finally found my family’s podiatrist. Highly recommend.
I’ve been seeing Dr Donovan for over a year. He’s very thorough. He’s very easy to talk to & he listens. I’m very happy that I found him. And his front desk is very well take care of by Carly. She is a great addition to the practice.
