Repeated last-minute appointment cancellations by Dr Do is unprofessional. Lack of timely communication regarding the cancellations is unacceptable. These manner caused us significant inconvenience. If a doctor cannot make the appt on time, how come we can trust him to provide medical service?! Unreliable for sure.
