I don't recommend using Justin for you home appraisal. He came into our home for about 10 minutes looked around took a few pictures. We felt his appraisal came back about 5-7K too low, even our lender agreed with us. They pushed back on his evaluation during the process and out of spite he lowered his evaluation ever further by another 2 thousand dollars!
