Really bad experience. I called the office and told them what type of insurance I had - I and they confirmed that they accept it. I made an appointment. They ask you to fill a long form (took 30+ minutes) a few days before of the visit, in which they asked about your insurance information details. When I came to the appointment, they seem to be surprised and started calling the insurance then (!) and after spending some more time on the phone with them they told me that they were out of network and can't accept the insuranc... read more
