Very unprofessional and shows no compassion. Talks to people like they aren't even people...just a number on paper. I'm surprised he is still employed. When you have cancer you need compassionate, tailored to your needs care. He was very arrogant and inconsiderate and I was only visiting my friend who is battling cancer. This is NOT your only option, PLEASE go somewhere else. He even gave her the WRONG, very aggressive form of chemo that damaged her liver.
