The doctor took his time with me and explained my problem.
Dr. Anderson did x-rays, listen intently to my needs and offered to work through Kaiser if they would accept his recommendations.
After my car accident last year, another doctor brushed me off and said my pain was nothing serious. I knew something was wrong, so I got a second opinion with Dr. Anderson — and I’m so glad I did. He listened, took me seriously, and found I had a tendon tear. Unlike many doctors nowadays, he didn’t rush me into surgery.
