We were at the front desk 8 minutes late due to an accident. Waited 5 months to get a desperately needed appointment for an elderly stroke victim who's been without care since her stroke in October (it's now March). The receptionist took down our information and disappeared into the offices for ten minutes, came back and told us since we were now 17 minutes late for the appointment (because she was gone for 10 minutes doing who knows what) we'd have to reschedule the appointment. Dr Feeney is a great Dr.. Thank you for listening, and getting me on the road to recovery..
He was condescending and combative during my appointment. If you need anything from him after your appointment, forget it. I forgot to ask for a doctor's note for my work, so I called the office the next day and asked him to send one to me through the portal. The office confirmed they asked him, but it was never sent. I also asked for him to re-send a lost referral for a spine specialist that was made during my initial appointment so that I could have a surgery that would help with my extreme pain, and he never did that. First of all he barely asked questions when I went in to get my back pain checked out. He didn't do a physical and I had to ask about referrals and pain meds. He also gave me a diagnosis based off one part of the problem that only happened once; I don't feel like he actually listened to me. I feel like I have a slipped disk but he's trying to say he thinks it's Sciatica because I had pain shoot down my leg one time. He prescribed me pain meds for arthritis and it didn't work.
