No stars for this company. I ordered flowers for my sick friend in May...came to find out today 10/27 that they were NEVER delivered, I was charged, and thought they were there all this time. I called to ask them what went on and their call center ( out of country) they said it may take them a few days to get back to me? What a crappy, fraudulent company they are. I wonder how many out of state orders they just collect the money on and never deliver?
Offered same day delivery on Mother's Day for orders it knew or should have known it was unable to fill. Ignored request for cancellation of the undelivered order, and appears to have an answering machine instead of a customer service department.
