I’ve purchased several homes over the years, and this was by far the most detailed inspection I’ve experienced. Justin’s background as a Master Electrician was obvious throughout the inspection, especially when reviewing the electrical system and potential fire hazards. He also performed thermal imaging, explained safety concerns clearly, and even discussed indoor air quality and sewer scope findings. Having someone with this level of training made us feel like we were getting much more than a standard home inspection.
Justin brings an incredible amount of experience to every inspection. His background as a Master Electrician, combined with his certifications in electrical safety codes, fire safety codes, CFAA, sewer scope inspections, ozone remediation, commercial and residential property inspections, and indoor air quality, is immediately noticeable.
