Left message on their website feature, followed up with a phone call and voicemail message 3 days later and never received a return call.
They saved the day!!!. A last minute call and they accommodated my request. 100% would recommend. I left a message and was called back within a half hour and later that day they arrived and set it up.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM... I had rented from this company 3 times in the past, and every time they put the bounce house in my driveway held down with sand bags with no problem... BUT NOT THIS TIME... said no needs to be on grass ( I dont have grass) made my daughter cry and didn't care, and then they wanted to fight me....
Great experience renting a large obstacle course bounce house! They were very accommodating and professional. Highly recommend! Thanks again!
