My computer lost its keyboard/mouse drivers due to a Microsoft update. It literally took them less than an hour to fix what I had been fighting for days. Fast, reliable repairs and the problem explained to me for a reasonable rate. I don't hope to have any more computer issues, but I will come back here again if I should. Highly recommend!
