I had the worse experience everrr! Do not go with Carmen! She ruined my hair I was devastated she said my hair was to damage to work with when that wasn’t the case! She seemed in a bad mood like she didn’t want to cut my hair. She cut my hair from the back and said she couldn’t finish it! I still paid not sure why I did that I was in a rush to leave to get my hair fixed somewhere else some pieces were longer then the rest she messed it up bad! I recently took my daughter to Just a Cut for her very first haircut, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant, thanks to a stylist named Carmen. I had specifically asked for a straight cut for my daughter, but Carmen decided to give her a layered haircut instead, which was completely against what I had requested. Carmen did not give me a 3.00 discount on Tuesday when I went in to cut my hair .this is the second time they charge me 21.95 for a regular haircut and they don't give me a discount will not go back again
