We had Justin from Just10 Building do our extensive house extension and reno. The whole process was very easy and smooth. We could ask questions and they were all answered, even stupid ones! We were very wary about the process but I must say it was a very transparent and easy to follow process. Everything came in just at or under budget. No extra money was asked for or needed. Justin did an exceptional job on our renovation. The workmanship was sublime and the organisation was impeccable. Justin completed a full renovation- near full rebuild in 5 months, which is unheard of. His trades were reliable and very skilled. The price was also very reasonable. If you’re lucky, and he’s available, he’ll renovate or build your dream home to a very high standard and very quickly! Thanks again Justin, Emily and I couldn’t be happier.
Justin was recommended via a facebook post. I selected 3 of the recommendations for a quote and he was the only that showed up! That aside.. His quotes are detailed so you know exactly what you're getting for your $$$ which is totally fair and reasonable! He follows up after each trade (outside of his own) to ensure their work is 100%.
