RecommendedI went to find a certain medical item and was greeted at the door by a very polite man. It makes the difference from Walmart and Walgreens. He was very helpful and found the item we needed under 5 minutes. And it was very affordable! I wish I would have know about them sooner!!
I called and asked about replacing my tall cane. My records were looked up and found that I was using mine for over 6 years! I replaced it today quickly with great service🙂
I have been with JWTDO since 1996. Kate went out of her way to come to my house in Brookville,PA.to meet me and see how their products helped me and if their was anything there was that I may need.She goes above and beyond to help her customers and tries to actually know the person Kate even calls to see how your day is going without a sells pitch because she genuinely cares about you instead of the almighty dollar! I can't imagine going anywhere else to get my products.Thank you Kate and Albert for being you!!
Can't say enough in praise of this store and the fantastic employees! My husband and I are old and after a very recent health issue, these people have made my life So Much Easier, Reduced my frustration and stress level in a remarkable short period of time. Today was my first time in the store and it was such a pleasant experience! The ladies there are Amazing and so very helpful! Excellent customer service! They even had my favorite scrubs brand that I had trouble finding in other stores. I will be back for sure ;)
I have never heard of the company before this past week, and I'm so glad I came across this wonderful business. The ladies and gentleman in the store are so helpful and caring, you can tell they are so happy to help you. I went in to gather supplies for my grandma who recently was diagnosed with diabetes and has cellulitis on her legs, they guided me in the right direction to the right products and we're happy to help! They are there to listen to you and to help you get 100% better results. Wonderful wonderful business!!!
If I could have given ten stars I would have! The girls in the store are so nice and attentive. They stock some of the nicest scrubs!
