Amazing job on my son prom shirt with a quick turnaround. Excellent customer service
Brought in a damaged jersey to see if Beck & Boys could repair the screen printing. Unfortunately the shirt was too far gone and they could not help fix it, which was not the issue. The man at the front desk proceeded to scold me as if it was his shirt, drooled on my shirt (?), and talked to me like I was 12. Customer service goes a long way and this experience was a good explanation as to why there was no one else in the store. I called Beck & Boys to have a infant hat embroidered. They had me come up to the shop to look at the hat to make sure they could embroider the hat. Once I picked out the font it was done in like 10 minutes. Thank you so very much! Kim Versele
