The Dr was nice. Not a very long wait time. The man who makes the glasses/receptionist is RUDE!!! He always sighs when u ask him a question. The only reason I got glasses there was because he told me if the frame broke it was $20 to replace. 3 mths later I went in my son broke his frame and he said it was discontinued. Really 3 mths later!! Im NEVER going there again. And when ever I would call with a question he'd said he didnt find my sons info. the only person with customer service skills is the eye Dr. the receptionist n the gentleman who makes the glasses are rude. they don't have warranty if your frames break n when take your glasses back for adjustments they act like your bothering them. glasses cost way to much and then for them to act so bad. go else where
they were really good there wasn't a long wait time the exam only cost 40 my glasses were only 60 still in good shape.
omg! Don'y buy your glasses here! The break they are cheap! ans they donot warrent anything!
I loved the friendly environment, the staff was funny and i felt relaxed. The prices are great and the selection was wonderful. I saved alot of money and I was really happy with my new glasses.
