I had an appointment for 9:00 AM to have my wife's car detailed. We arrived at the shop at 8:55 and waited until 9:25 for the shop to open, and tried to call them twice. Got no answer other then the answering machine, which was full and could not take a message. We left and I left a note on the door with my phone numbers. This company did a great job detailing my car. When I took it in the paint was looking a little faded. By the time they finished, it looked like a bright new shiny car that lasted for weeks. I couldn't believe it. I was so happy with the service and they were very friendly and professional.
