Got a cortisone injection for medial epicondylitis. The entire process was very quick and the service was great. Dr Mitchell confirmed the diagnosis on my first ultrasound scan, and the next morning I was able to get a cortisone injection to help alleviate the pain. The lady who was on reception was incredibly polite, welcoming and helpful. I'd recommend going here for any ultrasound imaging.
Unexpectedly, I had to get an ultrasound done two days before travelling home for Christmas. It wasn't an easy task to get it done so quickly. Many places I contacted that were relatively close to me didn't have any time slots available for the same week and in some cases even for the following week. Jenny kindly squeezed me in for the next day after I had reached out with my booking request. Fabulous experience at Just Ultrasound. From the moment I arrived the woman at the front desk was warm and just great at her job. I saw Nikos who was excellent and went above and beyond. Also a lovely humane person. My GP had told me that this was a great place and he was right.
I went there for my pelvic ultrasound. The lady at the reception was very kind and professional. The sonographer put me at ease and took the time to explain every step to me which helped with the stress. Great service, thank you! And it is bulk billed
Has an excellent experience with sonographer Ali. I felt safe and supported throughout my pelvic examination. The receptionist Jenny is also so lovely. Highly recommend!
