Tom is very dedicated and hard working. He sat down with me and asked what my requirements were in finding a house to buy. He listened and took notes and said he'll start looking and send me a list of places that matched my criteria. Tom was very good with setting up the visits to all the places I wanted to visit. Reaching out to the selling agents and working around my busy work schedule. Once we found my ideal place Tom worked very hard in the negotiation phase of the purchase.
