Called to get a quote and see if this shop carried the kind of tire I need. The woman who answered was very short with me from the start. I asked if the shop carried Z-rated tires. She said they did. I asked if there was a way to find them on the website as I had not spotted any. She told me in a very tired, impatient voice that Z-rated tires were broken down into W and Y ratings. Given the attitude I've seen even before going in to the place, I think I'll save us both the trouble and go somewhere else!
