I have been here for almost 2 hours, waiting for an oil change. When did oil changes start taking 2 hours?!?!?! My husband sent me here because of the sale.... Well that sale didn't apply to me because of the type of oil my car takes. I should have stuck with my usual place on white horse road in Voorhees.... In and out in a half an hour. Will NEVER come back here again!!!! And unless you have 2 hours to spare don't come here either!!!
Completely unacceptable customer service. No manager on site and no one to make a decision on a damaged tires road hazard, after three (3) trips to this shop and having to personally get the road hazard approval I am still waiting to get my tire repaired. I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE, HORRENDOUS....treated me like I was trying to steal something. By the way, road hazard tire replacement ISN'T FREE as the sign says, COST ME $40 and they lost my original paperwork!!!!
