Employees take their time with jobs that should take half the time.
Never a problem. Always accurate with time estimate on the job and reasonable price for products. I only go to the location in Norridge, across from HIP. Staff there let's me sit there with my dog while we wait.
Job was done well, no problems there just did not like the dishonesty of the salesman. Told me I could get both an $80 and $25 rebates by using my Goodyear card. Submitted rebates and was told by Goodyear that I can only get one rebate with a single invoice. Although the work was done well this dishonesty will prevent me from ever going back and I'll make sure I tell everyone I know not to go to Just Tires.
Just Aggravation! So I unfortunately paid for the 3 years of alignment and they got my car on the rack but lost power and couldn't get it down leaving me stranded. They have no back up generators! So I was unable to go anywhere I found from calling other just tires that this is common. Avoid going to just tires cause they will leave you just stranded.
They did a good job with my Car. Oil Change, topping off fluids and pumping up tires. Good efficient staff, and no issues with my car post work.....unlike Jiffy Lube. I recommend Just Tires to anyone within ear shot.
