anticipated good service today being a local commercial establishment for tires. Made an appointment for today at 9am online and left my car at 9:30 after starting to purchase 2 tires. I was informed I person the service would take 3 hours since it's busy. This is a still longer than the estimation online, but I agreed. I was told to expect a phone call upon completion. I am now leaving this establishment at 4:18pm with after calling 2 times to get an update with NO service whatsoever!

This has to be the worst place with the dumbest lazy people. Went there twice about a tire losing pressure. Had to go back a third time and they wouldn’t even look at it. Went to some real people and they found that the tire had a nail in it. You would think they could have figured that out but they told me nothing was wrong with it. There is something wrong with them.

we were there for an Oil appointment, but after an hour and a half we had to leave, they were very behind. I have never experienced a problem with Just Tires before. Rubens was nice and explained he only had to guys working and they were a little behind. So we had to reschedule. But as always Kudos to Joe he was nice and kind as usual, however, he left before we did. I think they need to hire some mechanics. Promote Joe to manager!

very efficient and Joe is always such an amazing help and so polite. They always give me a great deal!!
Called to make an appointment for 6:00. Told I didn’t need one. They were not busy that time of the day. I said I wanted one either way. Went at 6:00. Told 1.5 hour wait. Me and two other customers walked out.
