I got all brand new tires plus repairs yesterday with a 3 year warranty, for over $1400 drove all day today and my tire pressure system kept going on and off all day. (Which should not have happened after getting all new tires!) Drove five hours in traffic. Did my best to get back to “just tires,” in time, 10 minutes before they closed and found a huge gouge in my front right tire and the salesperson “Cheryl Ponte-Fritz,” at the customer service desk was very rude and unprofessional. They fixed my car for me after a different location turned me down, for not having a mechanic on site, on the day they scheduled me for. I called this location and Cheryl made room for us without compromising their exceptional service. Will be returning!
I booked an appointment online with JustTire yesterday for a 10:00 AM oil change. I arrived five minutes early and handed over my car. By 10:45, I noticed that no one had even moved my car from the parking lot. I had to follow up myself, and about 10 minutes later, they finally told me they didn’t have time to do the job as all their racks were full.
