After experiencing a terrible issue at the Wheel works, I decided to do a walk in and check this place out. The overall experience was excellent! Customer service was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had 4 new tires mounted in 45 minutes! Just tires is highly recommended! My new go to- tire shop.
THEY WILL SCAM YOU IF THEY KNOW YOU HAVE LITTLE TO NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CARS, PARTICULARLY WOMEN!!! (March 18) My girlfriend had a nail in one of her tires and asked them to patch it. After the inspection they told her that they would need to replace all four tires which would cost around $800 since the nail is on near or on the sidewall of the tire. I went to this shop for an oil change because it was right around the corner from my house. I was told my tires may not be able to be rotated for whatever reason but I was not concerned with it. After waiting in the lobby for a little bit the sales person told me again the tires will not be able to be rotated and that I had a bubble in my tire. One star. Absolutely ridiculous. I booked an oil change appointment for 1 PM. Got there at 12:55 PM, five minutes early, and was told they were backed up and it would be another HOUR AND A HALF. What's the point of an appointment then?!
