poor customer service. It appears that they are only interested in those who will bring in money, not those with prepaid service agreements.

Horrible work, check out my FB post & my Yelp review! Absolutely awful service. They wanted me to wait 3 hours to balance my wheels that I'd already been in to have done three times before. They are the ones that put the new tires on & couldn't get it right!
Jose is very helpful and friendly. 2 trips in less than a week and the store has been great to work with. They are also open on Sundays which apparently is a rarity for tire shops in OC.
Chris was wonderful, super patient with me and thoroughly explained everything.
