Only place I will go for tires. Have been going to this location since the 90’s when it was aGoodYear store. Same great people.
Just this past weekend I stopped in to Just Tires in Mt. Prospect (where I always take my car and buy tires) because my brake light was out. Even though I had called earlier in the morning and was told to come in, when I got there I was told they were full And there would be a wait or I could leave my car. I don't expect instant service so I asked how long the wait would be. I was told several hours. Really! Had an experience with my wife's car where a mistake could have been handled a number of ways by Just Tires. Let's just say they get an A+ for how they handled it. Jay, the manager, was fantastic about it and instead of possibly losing customers because of a mistake they gained two, along with recommendations, because of their professionalism and customer service. There are a lot of places that can fix tires, but Just Tires Mount Prospect will be our first choice.
They being honest n truthfully this why i trust this place
This is the second time I've went to Just Tires in Mount Prospect. We were in and out in about an hour. Fast, courteous and gave us the screw that apparently had pierced our tire. They do not have brand loyalty to any specific brand. They will help you get the right tire for your car, truck or suv. They don't push top of the line or pass off the bottom of the barrel. They find the right tire for your vehicle. Safety, product usage and getting you back on the road is their goal. Thanks guys for another great job. ;)
