I scheduled an oil change at the media pa location. I requested regular oil not synthetic. When I arrived I signed the paperwork for $30 total for regular oil change. When I arrived I found out that they used synthetic and charged me $60. When I asked why, they said they use what’s under the hood. I was not called prior to them making this change and had no choice but to pay. I have gotten multiple oil changes in the past 2 years and never used synthetic oil. I will not be returning to any just tires location.
Ok seriously the best people EVER! My battery died a block away from them. I called by chance to see if they could help. Finished up a customer and came and helped me. Never even hesitated. True customer and community service. I have also gone there for new tires and they were amazing quick and reasonable! �
I had a wonderful experience. I called for an appointment and Zachary set me up for one the same day. I had a slow leak in one tire. The technician located the problem and repaired the tire. I was out in 35 minutes. I am very grateful that I found an honest business that could have taken advantage of the fact that I would never have known the truth if they had said it was beyond repair.
Walked in after discovering my tire was going flat on my way to a doctors appointment. They patched my flat in no time and were extremely courteous. Thank you!
Stay away - Had an alignment done 2 months ago, had to go back - wife took the car there and magically they charged her without me (husband) knowing. Claiming we went over their 6k warranty. I call BS. No way we drove more then 6k miles in 2 months, and how does an alignment go "bad" after 2 months of use. Basically the person took advantage of her because she didn't know any better and thought she was easy prey. Stay away Stay Away Stay Away
