I have been going to Just Tires in Cary for a little over 4 years now. I have seen many new faces with the staff, none of which do I have any complaints about, however, the Team they have up there now is a step above the rest. I have never been treated to a more enjoyable experience while waiting for my car to be serviced. The staff up front, Dan, Chris, Yani and all of the guys in the back have great senses of humor and always treat me with the up most respect. If you buy tires here, be sure to pay the extra $$ for the roadside warranty, because if you bring a tire with a nail in it back, 'it needs to be replaced because of Goodyear requirements'. Let me explain - I had 4 new tires on my car, and one was going flat. Asked my wife to take it in. I looked it over, didn't see anything, must have been very small hole somewhere. She was told 'there was a BOLT thru the side of the tire, and it needs to be replaced'. As a pretty good mechanic myself, I'm sure I didn't miss a BOLT. $150 re... read more
