She is very rude and does a careless job. She was very rough while threading and threw the tissue down on my face several times. She had a nasty attitude from the moment I walked in and acted like it was an inconvenience to do her job. To make things worse they don’t wash their hands here before providing services. If you’re going to touch my face you better wash your hands before doing so. My brows looked way better before the service.
