these guys are horrible, they advertised in stock, they lied, they advertised, shipping from NC, they lied again, they advertised that I could expedite shipping, yet another lie, when I contacted them to expedite shipping, the moron Ami that responded, refused to allow me to expedite, and insisted part was in their packaging dept. and would be delivered before I needed it, I ordered first thing Monday morning, needing by Friday, that was deceitful and flat out lie, they never had part in stock, they were just blowin smoke up... read more
Shop elsewhere, this place is terrible. You may never get your part. Just do a google search and see all the negative reviews.......You have been warned, wish I would have been.
Just Scammers! I ordered parts that had been discontinued and they gave re the run around for over 2 months that the Rancho was backordered. Called Rancho and got a straight answer. Other parts that now wont fit anything took 2 months to return and I still dont have my money back or credit from over a year ago. Now their phones dont work and they want you to email them. havent heard from them after 2 months of emailing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I am about to sue them!
I guess I'm another victim. Wish I had looked for reviews before I attempted to purchase. The hassle is definitely not worth the $5 or so savings. Cancelled my order and they still kept my money. Had to get credit card company involved. That's another 60 days of hassle.
I found that the Just Suspension team works hard to make sure the customer gets what was ordered quickly and for a great price. There's no question--I would recommend these guys to anyone!
I recently ordered about 400.00 worth of suspension parts from them. The cost locally would have been 600.00+. The parts arrived when promised, they were correct, the mechanic who installed them said they were good parts. I was a little worried about some of these reviews, but I like this company and I will order from them again. They were easy to deal with, delivered everything they promised, and discounted my order. This is the worst company to deal with...I purchased 2 struts for my car. The struts came 2 days later than told in torn up boxes. Placed the struts on my car and the passenger side clunks. Called Monroe and they said to do the warranty through this place since I bought them here. After waiting 10 minutes on hold, the lady told me that I have to remove the strut, sent it back and then they will check it out. Ordered parts from these guys beginning of Dec online with a credit card. Got an email saying the card did not go through. I checked and found that I did not have enough money to do the project. I went into my order page that was pending and cancelled everything out. At that moment the screen no longer showed my order as pending so I thought everything was ok. Worst experience buying anything. Ordered a kit of 4 KYB shocks. Got 3 shocks, three and 1/2 weeks later. The 4th arrives another week and a half after that. The 4th shock does NOT match the other front shock. I sent an email with photo's that showed the physical differences and part numbers. No response. Sent another email and still no response.
