I suffer from severe pain, tightness, swelling and etc from a major MVA and Sharifa has been my saving grace for stretching me. I’ve tried a few places and by far she is TOP NOTCH and actually cares about her clients. I highly recommend her!

If this were the 1800's, the villagers of Flower Mound would tie Sharifa up and have her hung, because she is a witch. I don't understand her sorcery, but what I can tell you is that the magic this woman will perform on you will change your life. I had horrible shoulder pain and through her impressive background of physical therapy, personal training and what she does now, she was able to understand the source of my pain and I felt immediate relief after my first appointment. Sharifa knows her stuff! I love that it’s a private room and she is focused on you, not taking to other employees or guests. Her room is bright and airy and the experience so pleasant. I always feel looser and more relaxed when we finish. 100% recommend Just Stretch It!!!
