I’m disappointed. I read so many amazing reviews but both times I went Jade was on maternity leave so I had someone else. After my first visit, whilst I didn’t love it, the facial was good and I figured I would try again. I went again and asked for the same facial and extractions. I didn’t realize but the therapist used extra strong peel on my sensitive post chemo skin :( even though she had notes and even after I’d asked just for the same thing as last time.
