She truly went above and beyond to make sure my machine was working correctly. My experience here was of a warm reception and noteworthy kindness. I came to ask to buy a small amount of cloth for a reliquary I was decorating for a friend, and the owner said “I have nothing like that to sell, but everything like that to share.” What a great place. I highly recommend checking them out!
Wow, is this place amazing! Six stars from me, I cannot recommend them highly enough! I took my old Singer machine in because I could not figure out my thread-tangling issue. Karen provided THE best service on the Saturday afternoon of Labor Day weekend! She sat with my machine to diagnose and even threw in a spool cap and new needle as part of the $25 fee - beyond worth it! Just Sew Studio is awesome!!! I’ve been a customer since 2003. They are always so ready to help with whatever my issue has been. I’ve purchased several sewing machines. Then I got an embroidery machine and lastly I bought a long arm quilt machine. They totally service and repair any sewing machine but especially what they sell. Carlos is absolutely amazing. His repair skills are outstanding. Thank you to the whole staff for their “can do” attitude and follow through service!
My ancient sewing machine needed some cpr. I was anticipating weeks and weeks and i huge bill. Nope. Maybe a week and a totally reasonable charge. Very high rating. Thank you.
