Easy to schedule appt. Tyler arrived a little late. Looked at furnace, told me how to clean flame sensor, asked about propane regulator, asked me to check intake and said he needed to see the furnace malfunction before he could check it out. He wanted his money and left. Would never recommend.

I put yes for recommend them. I may update it in a few days. Three weeks ago they came out to Clean and service my furnace. Nothing was wrong with the furnace it was an annual cleaning. They changed the nozzle. Three weeks and and a few days later, on the coldest Sunday to date, the furnace stopped working. We called them for a emergency repair, got no answer as expected being a Sunday. Called someone else who did answer.
