I was waiting 10 minutes on the line with only one person in front of me. There was 4 workers working only 1 was working for the customers ordering there the others were all working on pick up orders seemed very unorganized ended up leaving. I was standing there for 10 minutes and no one came up to help me or said they will be right with me. I work in this center and never had an experience like this before. Very unprofessional. I like the food but the customer service sucks.

I've deleted my Just Salad account and will no longer be ordering from this chain. I've noticed a drop in quality of food (very upset stomach) and service (delivery times exceeding 1 hour). I would've been better off if I just skipped lunch today.
