Food tastes good but. Consistently slow service. Orders get prepared 7-10 minutes after pickup time. Each time I order, I have to wait 20 minutes over my pick up time. Also, they got multiple orders wrong. No sauce on my salad, warm bowl missing ingredients.
Employee chase was very helpful and very patient.

I don’t understand how this place messes up every single order . Every week without fail. Idk who they hire but they never read the ticket, especially when you pay for extra shit and they don’t give it to you. I even got. A bbq chicken salad & they forget the damn chicken. Please GET IT TOGETHER learn to read the ticket .
