They were great…at first. I called Tyler out because our roof had a leak. He did a quick repair to hold us over. While he was up there he did a full roof assessment and pointed out things that were poorly done by our previous roofer. He gave me a formal quote for one section. Then I asked for a quote for another section in an effort to prevent further immediate issues. That’s where things went bad. Tyler, who came out, was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I truly appreciated his transparency. It would have been easy for them to take advantage of the situation, but instead, Tyler carefully explained the condition of my roof and gave honest feedback.
