My wife & I contacted Chris P. last year to assess the condition of our Roof for Hail damage, etc. During this inspection, minor Hail was found, so we decided to wait until the following year to file a claim during another hailstorm. Chris was excellent throughout the entire process, explaining the Insurance Adjuster paperwork, the 3-tier quality levels of their Roofing products (Good, Better, & Best), and what to expect for material delivery and the next Roof removal/Installation.
