Happy this place is being called out, we looked at an apartment in The Darby, it’s on East Antietam not really a prime real estate market area it’s full of people nodding out and homeless all over. I’ve had the same issue as stated previously, I came in did an application with my then girlfriend at the time, was told the application fee was $30 it turned out to be $35 then the site tried to charge my card an additional $37.50 , we did not receive any kind of credit report to show what the money was spent on nor did we ever hear literally anything from the lady cinnamon, over 70 days these places have been listed and they are just collecting application fees kinda shady if you ask me
Watch out for these people, I did an application for a 1 bedroom here and was charged $30 for an application fee, they’re are supposed to give you a copy of the credit report that they run cinnamon did not do that nor was I notified of denial or acceptance. Lots of these places will charge you an application fee and not even pay to run your credit and just pocket your money, times are too hard right now to be scamming people out of their hard earned money , also a full report can be run for $25 I’ve learned this from an actu... read more
