We used Greg on a new build pre drywall inspection. He was very thorough and found several items that we would have never noticed. He took the time to speak with us explaining any concerns and the proper way to remedy these items. Greg was very professional and thorough with our home inspection. He identified any issue we should be concerned about and gave his expert opinion of the issue. His followup was excellent and quickly offered explanations to any particular issue we were not sure about.
