I’m so glad I check the reviews and I listened ! Gregory has helped me so much as a first time home buyer his service was well worth it ! He takes pictures uploads them into a portal he is very thorough and honestly i loved the experience. He was available on the weekends which made it even more convenient for me to book with him. Greg- Is one of the most professional inspectors I have ever worked with! He is friendly, knowledgeable and was very thorough and detailed in his work and his final report and punch list that we submitted to the builder. Greg also came back out to make sure all our issues were resolved before the closing!. Great guy -I would highly recommend him!!
