We used Greg on a new build pre drywall inspection. He was very thorough and found several items that we would have never noticed. He took the time to speak with us explaining any concerns and the proper way to remedy these items. Greg even went above and beyond and revisited the site to confirm items were fixed when he really didn’t have to. He also met with the builder representatives to discuss any issues . Greg did an excellent and thorough job on the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and informative when walking us around the house, and he utilizes a temp sensor to detect any leaks in the ventilation. I would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection in this area.
This is the second time I used Just Right Inspection. His great report stopped me from buying a mess the first time, so I used Greg for a condo inspection. Once again, he unearthed issues I never saw but this time I moved forward as I will take care of the issues myself. His report will help me build great condo for the long-term life.
