Great techs that always get the job done personally
Another zero star rating for this company. I was given the absolute run around by several people including the technician who came out to diagnose our issue. We were told initially that we have a warranty and not to worry about cost because our $10,000 system is only 3 years old, and of course a new system is covered. However at the end of the service call we were given a $2,000 quote for one day of “labor” to perform the warranty work. When I inquired about a price breakdown of that labor, we were refused.
