Just Right contacted me to after my install offering “free plumbing inspection”. I asked to be removed from marketing and that I did not consent to my personal information being used for marketing and to opt me out of future promotions. James was more interested in arguing than just hanging up and removing me from their marketing list.

Just Right came and looked at our AC unit. They were very thorough and honest with us about the fact that they could "put a bandage on it", but couldn't guarantee how long it would last. Knowing that our furnace was also at the end of it's time, we looked into pricing for both. Just Right gave us 4 different options and were great at explaining pros and cons of each. We did purchase both units and Just Right was great through the whole process.
