We had James out to look at our shower/tub and why when the shower was on the water would come out of the shower head and the tub spout. After diagnosing the issue it was determined that the shower head and tub spout needed to be replaced. 5 stars just for customer service. After going with a bigger known company we were hesitant about doing so again. Jake Shelly * went through the process with me twice, very clear about everything that was being done and all my payment options. I highly recommend the VIP program. My AC unit was done and running in 5 minutes. I will definitely be sticking with just right.
Just clueless and waste of time. Make sure Jake is not your tech, he'll hit you with 10 "i dont knows" and leave mad cause you're asking questions

I recommend avoiding this company. I was a fan of Just Right for years, and even paid for the premium program. After ownership changed, however, every time their technicians came out they found a large number of "issues", none of which had been previously brought to my attention. Not only were the bids they provided exorbitant, but they tried to use high pressure sales tactics to get me to sign.
