I recommend avoiding this company. I was a fan of Just Right for years, and even paid for the premium program. After ownership changed, however, every time their technicians came out they found a large number of "issues", none of which had been previously brought to my attention. Not only were the bids they provided exorbitant, but they tried to use high pressure sales tactics to get me to sign. This was my first time using Just Right and I have to say I’m very impressed. Their tech Gene was awesome he addressed all my concerns and problems perfectly. Best part was his customer service was on point too. I will continue to use this company because of him.
Just Right contacted me to after my install offering “free plumbing inspection”. I asked to be removed from marketing and that I did not consent to my personal information being used for marketing and to opt me out of future promotions. James was more interested in arguing than just hanging up and removing me from their marketing list.
