Excellent care and service for my road bike (Seven) and my commuter bike (Bianchi). And Travis totally took care of a wheel replacement directly with Rolf when my new wheel had an issue. That's why you patronize your LBS, 'cuz the Internet can't loan you a wheel or tell you what you do and don't need when you ask!
