I recently had my 15 year old CAAD 10 serviced by Just Ride Nerang. The work shop staff did an amazing job bringing the old bike back to life. I had not ridden the bike for many years and my last memory of riding it was one of a tired out dated bike. However after the full service the CAAD was returned to its former self a lively snappy ride it was like the first day I bought it. Thank you to the staff who worked on the bike. A job well done.
The taller gentleman in the workshop with glasses had probably the best customer service I’ve seen at any business ever it was pleasant experience great shop with great people my mate who was with me had the same thing to say
My brother’s first ever E-bike ride , was on a full suspension Specialized , great kit for the mountain trails , it absolutely poured down with rain ☔️ made it even more fun , the shop guys (Arron) was very helpful with bike set up and advice for the trail , thoughourly good experience has by us both would use again 👊🈲
Amazing experience! Wonderful customer service - friendly, knowledgeable staff, patient and understanding. Would definitely order from them again :) I ordered a bike for delivery online and Peter called to help me resolve issues, reach the best solution for me, and offer the best advice! Extremely happy with my choice and will definitely be a returning customer in the future for any bike needs!
Believe the 5 star ratings! I just had my first EMTB shipped to Melbourne thanks to the outrageously incredible service from Rhiannan and Lewis. Quite honestly the best retail experience i've ever had - they're clearly VERY passionate about bikes. Thank you guys!!!
