Great people plus a great atmosphere which allows you to bring out the great in yourself. I've pushed myself harder than I thought possible mostly thanks to all the positivity here. I'm so glad I signed up for the 6 week challenge!
Every class, I'm more excited than the previous one. I have LOVED the dynamic of working out that Krav Maga provides. It's beneficial in so many ways;working out, having fun, and learning to defend yourself. Love the instructors!! Love the vibes in both the Wimberley studio and San Marcos.
I signed up for the 6 wk challenge. We are now going on week 3. I signed up well of course to lose weight but this was something for me. I needed to step outside of my comfort zone. I already notice a difference not just in my weight but in my everyday life! Everyone is very motivating and always there to help!!! Will definitely be doing more at their gym! Get outside your comfort zone!!!
We are on week 2 of the 6 week challenge, and I can't say how grateful I am that I just happened to run across the ad on Facebook! I jumped in a few weeks early and got to attend the Krav classes too, and I'm loving every minute of it! Stronger mind and body, every day!
Just Results offered a 6 week fitness challenge with Krav Maga defense techniques on Facebook. This was perfect! I needed something to jump start my exercise goals for the new year. I am at the Wimberley location so the location is only 10 minutes from my house. I love the supportive environment and how quickly Justice gets you started on the program. I need to lose 30-40 lbs but only after two weeks I am already seeing a huge difference. You must join and don't worry, Justice knows how to modify any workout for your needs.
My weight has always been a struggle for me. I joined Just Results back in September 2016 and have not looked back since. For once in my life I feel like I have control of my weight. I have become stronger and more energized. Just Results has changed the way I look at food and now I am the one in control!
