Came out to my home as promised. Owner did not inspect roof, his worker did. Owner spent a lot more time talking than his worker spent on my roof. He claimed that I would not have any leak after the repair and guarantee the repair for 3 years. He even promised that he would come back if I called to say the leaks still exist.
