After several estimates, we confidently decided on Just Remodel...and so glad we did. We thought we knew what we wanted for our bathroom renovations. However, after Don showed us other options, gave us guidance (not pushing), and showed great patience, we have the bathrooms we dreamed of. Don Hughes is our standard of what we would like to see when hiring a contractor. We hired him to remodel our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replace the floor and fireplace. He is professional, personal, and completed the project on-time. We gave him ideas of what we wanted and what was a priority and he really focused on those items. For example we provided a sample of a floor tile we wanted. Just remodel was at the Home Show and I gave him my number for a free in home estimate. He came out in 2 weeks and took measurements and said he would send me an estimate in about 2 weeks. After a month had gone by, I hadn't heard from Don Houghs. (The owner) I left him a few voicemails and heard nothing. 2 months later I received a text message saying he had withdrawn from the bidding process. Working with Don Hughes (owner) & Mike (did all the work) was a great experience. Don was so easy to work with offering great advise regarding tile for both the hall bathroom and kitchen as well as paint colors. Mike was just amazing doing all the work: tile around the bath, removing the large mirrors in both bathrooms and installing mirrors we chose, replacing cabinets in both bathrooms, removing existing medicine cabinets and closing up the walls, painting and backsplash tile in the kitchen. Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. They were also super conscientious about taking care of our home and our dogs.
