Lack of accountability, not showing up when he said he would, and poor workmanship. Larry was hired to fix a fireplace and install a ceiling fan on a down rod. Neither happened correctly and when the first guest complained that the fireplace still did not work, he was contacted and a no show. Unprofessional
Seriously exceeded all expectations and an especially fast and affordable service compared to others in the area! Update: I have 3 cabins and Larry is the only team I’ve been able to count on during emergencies. I messaged him at 17 after that my dishwasher was leaking. Someone was there by 36 after and it was fixed by 51 after. It’s insane how efficient their operation is. I love that you can submit a request online and that you get updates on your service request status too!
