One of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had. The therapist kept leaving the room to answer the phone and help walk-in customers, multiple times during my session. Completely broke any sense of relaxation and professionalism. What really upset me is that this was time I paid for, yet it was wasted while she handled other people.
